That certainly provides the usual anti-takeover defense.

How about really hostile takeover like rebellion of the petty dictatorships.. er, developing countries.. that FBNA has a substantial interest in?

Thanks, DScottD, for filling in the details on the takeover protection. I, personally, haven't paid much attention to all that paperwork stuff. But, for the good of the company, I voted in favor of ratifying all those amendments. Is that what you call them? Well, whatever.

Of course, being the majority shareholder, my vote pretty well locked it up. For the good of the company, of course. My fellow executive officers will be well taken care of during their employment stay here at good ol' FBN Associates.

Regarding the FBNA B-52 flyover during the game ... that was the result of a contest we held where we asked each of our stockholders how best to make FBNA known to the outside world. I'm happy to announce that Mrs. Peter B. Roker won the contest hands down. She now has early boarding rights on any scheduled FBNA B-52 flight for the rest of her life.

Regards,

TED
