Dave,

IDX is 5 5/16's bid right now, I hope we don't close below 5. The margin calls are going to get ugly.

Regards,

Rob

David, I am not nearly as concerned about what we are seeing as I am on what we think we know that may not be so. We do not know that earnings will be good this quarter, so that is not a given. P.R. has continuously misled everyone that has called. We do not know the date that the lawsuit will be reviewed, maybe the insiders do. Insider selling was still 6 to 1 recently over buying. We know nothing solid about the U.K. The INS seems to have been shelved. No word about anything concerning Sylvan, Oracle, Data-Card or Computer Associates.
Biggest concern is that the P.E is still over 100 and the stock is in the crapper. We don't hit the earnings we will be at 2.
My only consolation to all this is that places like Ascom are losing millions so they will not put up with this for long. And I don't care what they originally got in the stock for, a move from 12 to 5 on 5 million shares is a hell of a lot of money. They are not going to go to sleep happy.
