ratan, you are telling me that if someone gives my 1 million shares i can not legally short 1 million shares to lock in profits? it is now illegal for me to short? are you sure?

btw, txn didn't give mu anything. mu bought it with share dillution. actually, this may be a good thing. the dim bulls may see a lower lps due to dillution and think this is a good thing ;-)
