This "pre-announcement" news was disclosed before the market closed. YHOO did weaken and close near the low for the day, but I have to think it would have fared much worse had it been a huge deal. Still, I smell a buying opportunity.

R.D. too many competitors,too easy to get into the business,no barriers to entry,spells too much competition,and no margin for error or profit. Well,what's the next hot group?
I am going for something with cash,like a Pizza parlor.
