Gary DUDE,
Its amazing how lightly people are taking this patent infringement suit. Especially since LU is asking for Penalties.

If Cisco LOSES this case (which in all likelihood will happen, because Cisco is devoid of any worthwhile patents itself).

It will mean the END of CISCO. Note HOW the patents are DIRECTED at EACH of the MAJOR product areas of Cisco.

Chambers had better settle this thing or else Cisco shareholders will be Crying all the way from the bank.

They say they have found 7? patent violations?

Don't be surprised if Cisco's "response" is a countersuit over 8 or 9 patents. That's how it usually happens.
