And if people think that Cisco did not violate patents, they need to to think again, LU has a shipload of patents, and its a given that many of Cisco's products will be found to have violated some patent or the other.

The suit will end up forcing CSCO and LU closer together. Weird that CSCO rises and LU falls..... IMHO

You're back! How's life on the BAY thread....

As for the patent infringement - I'm not sure there's much to it, but I'm willing to wait to hear. From what I see LU launched a specific effort to compete with Cisco via the courts rather than the market. It's too bad this is what this market has come to. I hope that for the sake of all high tech investors that this suit doesn't stick.
