Limtex, it isn't all that bad. Camera sales won't pick up until we near Xmas. Lexar didn't pay a dime in royalties. Half the world is "designing in" CF but those products aren't selling in volume yet. The inventory writedown is typical stuff (if you have to report a lousy quarter, why not use the occassion to get everything else that's negative out of the way). Heck ... if SNDK had settled with Lexar yesterday, no one would care a whit about today's news.

IMHO, either Mr. Harari is a blatant liar or he is really saying "Merry Christmas". And if SNDK really does, as Jim wrote, "open at 7", it could be the buying opportunity of a lifetime.
