By the way, I will be forever against Amazon, the on-line book seller! Not a single "red
cent" out of me! And I will influence as much as I can to as many as I can!

The pain is too real to many!!(this type of short squeeze.) Like James said; God bless
America! This is un-american! We are not even talking about Apple Pie here.

Jan,

I will also forever be against Amazon. The stress was amazing and still exists until the drop continues.

My complaint is with the management of Amazon. They did not cause the short squeeze, of course. They hype their stock to no end and even try non accepted accounting principles to fool the public. Bezos seems to know the ins and outs of the investment management area which is where his experience is.He does not know retailing but he can slant the street in many ways. I dislike unethical companies. I dislike hyping. I dislike Amazon and will do everything in my powere to persuade others to shop at any one of their competitors.

Glenn

Jan the "short-squeeze" thing has been greatly exaggerated. The shorts would have had to cover about 49 times already to match the level of press they are getting here. Please do a bit of math.

Lemmings are buying, and short-term traders are trading. That's the bottom line.

Victor

Jan, you wrote(This is un-american! We are not even talking about Apple Pie here.)
No but it is the Wall Street way. Did you see Msdw earnings yesterday? Almost as spectacular as Amzn's stock price.
Can you imagine how much $$ Msdw has made on Amzn, just alone?
Remember Msdw started this 'mother of all mothers' by getting Amzn the Junk money.
