I don't want to be a kill-joy but I question why you assume that WFR will go up over the "next few years" Silicon is becoming a commodity product and with all the capacity that has been put on and all that will have to be put on when 300mm starts up (not to mention the cost of ramping up 300m) it seem only logical that margins will be under intense pressure. The Strengthening dollar vs other currencies also put WFR in a weaker position vis-a-vis Asian producers. Yes I know they have Asian production but now the Asians have an export advantage vs domestic production and many of the asian electronic companies have captive production. BTW I am not long or short WFR and this is not sour grapes or gloating, just my honest opinion
