Please don't take this personally but you don't have a clue what you are talking about. The Japanese don't have to borrow in the euro markets?!?!?!? I work in the euro markets. I must be imagining their activities. The whole reason there is a year end and first quarter turn effect in the US dollar money markets is because of the impact of Japanese banks. The futures exchanges had to remove Japanese banks from the fixing indexes because their funding problems were distorting settlements.
You have a very rich fantasy life my friend but you are clueless about international finance.
