s martin:
1. You put all of that on one page, so could RMIL.
Then all they have to do is change dates.
My point was that IMO, these filings should not be that big of a deal for RMIL.
I mean it's not as though they are IBM.

2. I like Mike, but I feel that you are not presenting a fair picture of the events.
IMO..He would have been denied the privilige of posting anyway.
a. By the Company he works for.
b. Because of the new restrictive rules by the NASD.

IMO there is a difference between what you call hounding.. by people with evil intent,
and what the average person may have done out of frustration, and anger.

IMO, the first case is clearly unacceptable.

The second case is a little harder for me.
What does the average person do if he/she believes in their heart of hearts, that the other person is the evil one?
Just eat it?
I find it hard to accept that people would think that someone would just timidly accept a constant barrage of criticism, without some kind of retaliation.
It seems quite plausible that they would react in a way that they feel would protect their money.
Remember, I am talking about the innocent joe/jane who just invested.
If you can, try to see this one from that person's perspective.
