Dear Willy: I met personally wit Steve Rogers for 2 hours while he personally demoed the technology. He also impressed me as an honorable person but I am beginning to think that there is something I missed and denial might be the right word. In so far as he owns 16% of the shares he has a lot at stake and probably was panicked into making a very bad deal with some hedge fund to get through this rough period. I think they ought to fire their sales and finance people. They have done a Baaaaaaaad job. Their budgets are too high in the marketing area fo rthe paucity of sales generated. I am not sure why Tek(Stan) has disappeared but I imagine he might be involved in this to some extent. Liz Youngs doesn't have a clue. The guy that knows would be the CFO. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on the ATM codec side but sales and financing and INv. Relations has been lousy.

I think Steve is out of his depth when it comes to finances and they should find a less technical more business savvy guy to run the show. Like many tech companies they may not know how to run a profit making business.

Good Luck - who knows where the bottom might be (the hedge fund?),

JFD
