"...Great!!
Your post number 1079 sounds encouraging.

".stock structure attracting another company." Of course I don't want us to poke our noses in to negotiations and blow the deal but do you know if there is a formal process that covers everything from contacting potential candidates to closing the deal. I am ignorant in this area and would feel better if I new how to assess candidates and gage the process. I'm hoping you're not going to tell me that the board is just waiting to see who knocks the door down to get in.

".Midland is expediously moving forward." Do you have any specific areas on what they are accomplishing. I assume you mean on cleansing the shell, but I'm also hoping you mean on acquiring companies.

".Mark is blazing ahead like a bull dozer." Go Mark. Is this regarding the recovery of stolen finances from Dan Fisher, or SEC filings to make MIDL a stronger shell? I live in Colorado, I'd be happy to buy him a cup of coffee. I don't think I have anything skill wise to contribute though.

Am I to understand that Arcon is permanently gone from Midland, and that all we now have is an empty shell looking for another company to fill its void ?? If so, I'm really disgusted, because I doubt anyone on this thread invested because of MIDL...they only invested because of Arcon and DF144.

Lets assume for the sake of argument that you don't currently own any stock in MIDL.... and that Arcon never existed...based on what information you now have regarding MIDL and its future prospects, would YOU invest your hard earned money in this company ? Would anyone ?

My only reason for not selling this stock is because I've assumed up to now that MIDL would sort out its current problems and finish what it started with DF144. If this is no longer possible, I will have to seriously reconsider my status with MIDL...as should everyone.
