Melissa, I agree with you. Let me point out a few things that I find disconcerting: (All data based on latest Def 14A proxy statement and the Yahoo link). 1. Dave Duffield has sold 2MM shares between Feb and May (about $80MM). I know this is only 4% of his holdings, but it is a big chunk. 2. Aneel Bhusri - Sr. VP Mkt. sold 30,000 shares in May, which leaves him with 70,000 shares owned and 75,000 exercisable options. He sold 30% of what he owns outright and almost 20% of what he could own. 3. Ron Codd - CFO - sold 128,000 shares between Feb and May, which leaves him with 42,000 shares owned outright, and 499,000 exercisable options. He sold 75% of what he owns outright and almost 20% of what he could own. 4. George Still - Director - sold 50,000 shares in May, which leaves him with 57,000 shares owned and 192,000 exercisable options. He sold over 45% of what he owns outright and almost 20% of what he could own. 5. Albert Duffield - Sr. VP Worldwide Operations - sold 50,000 shares in May, which leaves him with 40,000 shares owned and 2,064,000 exercisable options. He sold over 55% of what he owns outright and almost 2.5% of what he could own. 6. Yansouni - Director - sold 84,000 shares in Feb. which leaves him with 0 shares owned and 4,000 shares exercisable. He sold ALL of what he owns outright and almost 95% of what he could own. 7. Margaret Taylor - Sr. VP, Corp. Operations - sold 100,000 shares in May, which leaves her with 560,000 shares owned and 788,000 exercisable options. She sold over 15% of what she owns outright and almost 7% of what she could own. Other than Dave Duffield (2.5%), and Margaret Taylor (15%), everyone else has sold at least 30% of their outright holding. This is huge for most companies. BTW, I was thinking of buying today, but having seen this, I'm definitely waiting until after this quarter's report. - Brian.
