Just tried - but Friday the bank closes at 4PM - = 10AM US - and noone was there now.

Just some information for new investors ARET (Subsidiary Companies) Tomahawk Construction Company 49%-51% KLH Engineering 100% owned by ARET FAMC Mortgage Company 100% owned by ARET ???? Future Additional Acquisition 1. ARET was NEVER in Chapter 11 or any other Bankruptcy plan. 2. Tomahawk Construction Co. was in Chapter 11 and received the final decree from Bankruptcy Court Aug. 97 3. ARET (per 10-K) has consulted with legal counsel regarding the filing of bankruptcy proceedings for each of the Company's Engineering Subsidiaries. ARET owns 100% of KLH 4. ARET(per 10-k) March 31,98 Delmar Janovec took back 51% ownership in Tomahawk Construction, in exchange for reduction of obligations owed to him. 5. ARET,Tomahawk and FAMC have all negotiated and/or been awarded agreements and/or contracts. 6. FAMC will be acquired by ARET and owned 100%
