Mike,

Maybe they can show some profit on TXN chips since they got the equipment for nothing. Then they can start selling off their Boise plant which is losing money. MU seems to be real good at selling things at a profit....I heard a lot of people make money buying things at garage sales and selling them to someone else.<g>

...maybe the other thing is they can just close down the TXN sites and sell off the fabs and buildings and get some more cash while reducing some capacity, after all isn't this their primary business of selling businesses and real estate<g>...oh...and...they still have $750 million from TXN which they don't have to pay back.<vbg> The officers will probably get large bonuses out of that money.:-)
