<..good underwriters and business line...> Yup, but didn't hear roadshow. Obviously not much real interest, so business may be a little weak, even though in the right sector. Points of concern from the Red: - incorporated in "Island of Guernsey" (??!), shielding them from US civil and securities law. - highly competitve and fragmented field - heavy dependance on SBC, who as DOC's single largest customer is ALSO a 23.4% shareholder. (I suspect this single point is a major reason this IPO even got done) <..Will sit now, instead of flipping...> Penalty bid, but if this breaks (the firepower of the overallocation short has already been spent), could be a problem.
