Pancho,

In looking at this information, you can read it two ways:

1) Michael Dell sure is selling a lot of stock, something must be going on.

2) Michael Dell is regularly selling stock during the "post earnings" window every three months. They are part of a long-term personal financial plan. While the sales are big, they are a relatively small part of his total holding and merely represent reasonable diversification.

Pancho, it's always very assuring when the insiders and the President of Dell are selling their stock at record levels. I see Michael in recent filings is selling 1/4 of his stock, another reassuring sign. This is another stock that I wish didn't have such expensive options.
Dell reminds me of INTC a couple of months ago with their $ 8 billion stock buy back as insiders sold shares in record numbers.
