Josee,
I don't think plfm is involved with this project. It seems the photos are cut from a Taiwain or HongKong news paper (since the characters are traditional Chinese instead of simplified Chinese). The caption says the news source was French news agency. It says US defense department recently revealed this high altitude unmanned spy aircraft.(The name of the aircraft in Chinese means "Global Eagle" -- I am not sure what the original English name is.) It can fly to the altitude of 21600 meters (70866 ft); wing span 38.6 meters (126.64 ft); length 14.6 meters (47.9 ft). It can stay on target area for 42 hours. The cost for each plane is $10 million.
The second photo is a small unmanned aircraft developed by JingXi whether research institute (JingXi province, China). It is for weather research.

Hope this helps.
