The reason for the drop in the price is obvious. When the div sale announcement was made the MM's raised the ask. There were few if any takers so the MM's had to lower the ask. But apparently there has been some sellers so that explains the wide spreads from time to time.

An announcement of a sale without a sales price is very little information to base a buy on. The fact that a sale was intended was not new. The announcement didn't really clarify the timing. So for all practical purposes in was either a non-informative announcement or one that raised more questions than it answered.

Some interesting posts on the Yahoo NMPS thread. They are looking for a partner for their cervical cancer test and want to partner with a supplier of automation equipment. But it doesn't appear to be ACMI.

Interesting approach this company has of actually discussing things with their investors. But their stock price has also fallen but not nearly as much as has ACMI. I wish I could say that I am optimistic but I am not.
