You have only read postings of participants of this thread that said news were coming due and when..

The best way to verify the validity of news release and when it will be released is to call the company yourself.

There will definitely be more news as John makes headway in his business.

It will be published when PanAmerican is ready to do so..

PS. John himself has never publicly committed to a date on news release..

Regards,

SS

I agree that it's frustrating, especially when news is expected, and especially if you're a day-trader. But keep in mind that John @ PRWT isn't committing to any specific dates of when announcements are going to be made....he only says (at least to me) that actions are in the works and will be released when the deal is final. Also remember that he's not calling us everyday; we're calling him for the information; and sometimes, interpretations of conversations can be slightly modified from the original conversations.

What's important (at least to me) is to use this thread to give yourself a gauge of what's going to be happening in the near short-term, and long-term; I try not to take every word mentioned on posts to heart; I take them with a grain of salt. Separating the hype from solid fundamentals is very important in keeping a cool head and making solid investment decisions. With the amount of information that is out on this stock so far, I don't have a problem holding long. JMHO.
