Unfortunately I have contacted both the SEC and the NASD. Sent my complaint about 2 different companies... I have to tell you, I have NO FAITH IN THEM. After my conversation with an investigator I am convinced, either A) they are idiots or B) they are being paid off.. I know that sounds crazy but this guy was first rate. His way of investigating was to pull up bloombergs and look at the chart.. thats what he told me. Great investigative work guy!

Ron,

Also for what it is worth, I have had my shares since Sept, in Cert Form. I do encourage everyone else who hasn't done this, (you too Pugs) to get on the stick. If Riley and BD are supporting it, its good enough for me. Honestly, Pugs, The SEC and NASD is about as likely to do something to us as they are to do something to MORK.
