And the story will repeat itself? Phoenix/Omega/Runyon are the real winners here. Substantial property payments without proving the reserves or recovery method. What a bummer for shareholders.

Actually chapter 11 reorganization will keep the property out of Phoenix hands. It will keep the creditors away for a spell.
