Chris,

I said 'in the future'...'I cannot back this up'.

I do not know what the future holds. But seeing a lot of other stocks that have achieved a lot more on seemingly little, I bring up the possibilities. In fact, I am encouraged enough to have bought shares and am now looking down the long road.

Roger

It was a week ago that someone posted there could be a reverse
split 100 to 1. Has this disappeared? What is different now?
I have been involved with a 100 to 1 reverse split and I am still
way in the hole with ICCN. It is coming back but will have to hit
$8 to get me even and is now at approx. $2.68. Reverse splits in
my opinion are very, very bad. Can someone else relate an
experience with them that is positive? I cannot believe this stock
has climbed this week as much as it has with no real news except
merger. Please advise why if you will. Thanks for the information.

Jackie

I don't profess to having all the answers about corporate finance handy, however isn't the EPS, P/E based on the shares in float not the total number of shares issued? we're only looking at 170 Mil in float at present, and based on your estimates that would place the numbers somewhat higher. Am I off base on this?
