Ron,I was trying to research.Corporation Services company,apparently the "registered agent" prior to 4/2/98,after which Roland took over. DD PS: noticed he didn't contribute to the Election Campaign Financing trust fund <g>

It doesn't say much except they have filed with the state of Florida their annual report under the name Olympus Ventures, Inc. Notice also it is filed on April 30th, since on the top of the page it states "File now: Filing fee after May 1st is $550.00". Save as much money as you can guys. Interesting Line 8: "This company owes or has paid the current year intangible Personal Property Tax due June 30". It is marked 'no'. Does that mean no, they haven't paid or no, they don't owe the tax? One thing though, Roland's handwriting is worse than mine! -Ken-
