Would the IPM information be available to anyone before the announcement today? I even called Runyon of Maxam to ask if he was aware of the reason for Maxam's weakness. He said there was no fundamental reason. The MMs have been "working" the dirt's down, moving the bid down without selling etc., you know their games. They may have had knowledge of IPM? <<might actually set in motion the catharsis>> Very good point IMO.
