I used to hear that one all the time. Especially from a few of those southern groin goblins after lifting a mighty beer (they might drink it later, but would usually save it to water one of their aunts who they always explained was 'as cracked as Grandma's china').
As for Bama's yell - my pooch makes the same sound after spinning in a circle a few dozen times and setting her clerical collar just right....
