Uhh, this is the US. LU will have to prove CSCO violated, not the reverse. But your second statement is true. Tough with a judge and jury who are not that "technical" literate.

You have it 180 degrees wrong, as usual. This isn't LUnation. It's up to LU to try and prove that Cisco has violated any patents and for Cisco to defend, if necessary. The bottom line is that LU must prove something before it can win anything.
