Tell you the truth, I think ASND can make it big time even if they don't get acquired. We have a CEO who is finally understanding the market, (not to mention the brilliant often criticized acquisition of Cascade) and a CFO who knows how to control earnings and present them with some confidence.

I believe all ASND has to do is acquire a small company that has a good compliment with ASND products (possibly a voice co.) We need to bolster our sales staff. Sales are most important.

I think right now fair value of this co. is $55 so if you come in it will be worth at least $5, short term.

Sup.

What upside is left besides the possible takeover?

This will depend on the next couple of quarters. Most here, feel that last quarter may have been sandbagged a little.

I believe the stock is very fairly priced and if the takeover does not happen it is overpriced.

I agree completely. But a takeover is likely. Also, I believe earnings will be better than expected for the rest of the year. And if this happens, the stock will remain "overpriced". Much like CSCO has been for a long, long time.

Where do you "Threaders" see ASND 6 months down the road?

Trading with a different symbol.:)
