Hi reason, just reveiwing this older post.

Century 21 has 88,000 agents. Thought you'd like to know that.
If one CENTURY 21 agent picked up the phone system, and had good results, it would be published in their monthly newspaper, the "Centurian" which every member gets.

I know most of the c21 agents bought a software program called "top Producer" based on a handfull of recommendations at the Las Vegas Convention in 1993. At the time the software package was $500 U.S.

In the U.S. alone there are some 1.5 million realtors.

Using the 80/20 rule, 20% are doing 80% of the business.

20% of 1.5 million is 300,000 realtors actively trying to make a living.

of the 300,000 actively working the 80/20 rule applies for the big guns, the ones making most of the sales (incidentally, in order to be considered one of the 300,000 active, one need only sell 5 houses a year)

300,000 x 20% = 60,000 TOP GUNS

it is these 60,000 people that will buy anything that will improve, make their jobs easier, and help them "work smarter not harder".

the median income for these 60,000 people is 283,000 U.S.

in Canada, there are 200,000 licenced realtors.

I'll look up the numbers for the rest of the "free world"
