Gary - Even though you say that going back months before is a moot point, I think you'd agree that that's the only way to learn from mistakes and try not to get ripped off in the future. If we just stop at blaming this all on Fisher then what have we learned? Nothing that will help to avoid losses due to similar events in the future, IMO. My post was merely an attempt to convey an observatioin from the past several months of history about something that, admittedly in hindsight, was perhaps taken too lightly before. I don't know of anything else to learn from all this that will hopefully be valuable in the future except what we should pay more attention to in the future. MIDL and probably everybody here has already demonstrated similar lessons learned in their commitment to get solid proof of everything instead of rely on people's words. I am not questioning or criticizing the work you did on this. Hell, only now have we found out that even MIDL didn't have proof of Arcon's patent rights, but even after one or more posters here clarified that there really wasn't such a thing as "worldwide patents" like Fisher claimed no one started waving red flags, including me. Perhaps the problem lies in the very nature of speculation, and wanting to believe that what someone tells you is the truth, which in fact is also speculation. We've all obviously had enough of that, and I agree with you that now we need to get on with it, which means REAL assets, documented proofs, maybe even real production, sales, and (dare I say it), earnings. Wouldn't that be a change!
