Being long going on almost 2 years, why the hell would I sell?

Tell me that?

If PairGain is bought out at 23 a share I break even. I am hoping for more and would be totally disapointed as this stock is easily going to reach 40 to 50 a share within 12 months with or without hype about mergers and such.

I would rather see Pair go it alone unless the buyout is for more than 35 a share.
