Understand your wanting to get more $$$ but wouldn't you rather get 8+ points today than hope to get more in a year? It's not like there aren't lots of beaten down tech stocks that you could move the dollars into.

Graham -

I would rather see Pair go it alone unless the buyout is for more than 35 a share.

In addition ot PAIR I was an investor in a co. called AMATI (AMTX). We all thought the same thing. But ultimately AMTX did get sold to TXN and at a very reasonable price. The same could happen to PAIR unless they come out with great earnings or greeat announcements.
