If you read the ISLD specs (on the www.isld.com site), it says this was supposed to be fixed(as of late last year).

I haven't been hit since then by 1 share just so the person behind me on ISLD could get priority over me, but it has seemed that if a new offer is posted in the time it takes them to re-post mine after a partial, I lose priority.

Actually, Josh said somewhere on his thread (Island ECN) that this was not the case. He said that after a partial fill, the balance of the order stays at the front of the queue.

But then again, how much faith can you put in anything that group ( Citron, Stern, Levine) says??
