This is message 145 from Yahoo- EDIX board: EDIX & BOWMAR held a conference call yesterday 6/16/98. I will relay to you the highlights. #1 - The combined companies will have revenues of better than $65 million. #2 - The combined companies are projecting revenues for the year 2000 of $100 million. #3 - Profits this year will be hit by the non-recurring cost of consolidation and merger costs. #4 - The new company will be on the acquisition trail. #5 - Overall the conference call was very upbeat. ÿ Hope it helps, they seem to be a little more active on Yahoo. regards, FCC
