That is what Stagg is doing. 3 people have talked with Stagg, one talked specifically with the President, who verified the properties existed. MTEI is legit.

Everything will be fine at MTEI. The company is and will be worth much more when more of the specific's from Stagg are known and the company acquisitions are completed.

Sam,

I posted this earlier as a place for the "lay person" to acquaint themselves on the methane coalbed potential of the Appalachians. These are two well written reports that a non technical person can digest. I for one do not digest data as well if I do not have the "big picture" concept understood. I provided these as an aid to give people on this thread the background to better understand the data that was provided.

Also, the Applachians are some of the most intensely studied and mapped areas in the country, I would hazard to guess that a general geology book at the local library would further detail and explain the deposition and stratigraphy further.

Hope this gives you a start.

An engineering firm (Stagg Engineering)is currently doing a reserve study on the properties. Should have results soon.
