Offie,apparently Steve is not going to admit,that there is no obvious reason why the 97 10K isn't/hasn't been filed. His reasoning simply does not make sense. There is nothing currently going on that will effect the fiscal year ending 6 months ago results. Someones blowing smoke,Caye Chapel was not in the picture then,nor their infusion of cash. (and we haven't heard a definitive consolidating agreement).
