Just reading it, I would say it is competition. However, this technology seems to require not only a computer in the mortgage office and access to the internet, but some proprietary software (The Loan Handler). The assumption is PRWT's technology can more or less drop a box anywhere there is a dialtone. No need to have a computer, an ISP to dial, and the software. This will be important in Central America and other emerging markets where things like ISP's (if they exist locally) may be prohibitively expensive.
