The SEC reporting requirements are not in effect for OTC BB.

I thought I had heard that all Nasdaq, including BB, would have to report. But that's obviously not the case.

The only companies that can really do this is OTCBB companies. None reporting companies are common because they have nothing good to say. The excuse most companies use is the expense is to high to justify reporting. Well if that is the case why should investors put money into a company blindly.

You think that is bad, most OTCBB companies do not even list their telephone number which is also legal.
