well they got to work early this morning and are sending alot of messages to each other all ready....bid anywhere from .064 to .069 ask anywhere from .074 to .095. anyones guess....... do we gap up today?

Good morning everyone!!! I just got off the phone with John and he did say news was immenant... How immenant is the question? I don't know and he doesn't know.. Please, please do me a big favor and do not innundate John with thousands of phone calls this morning so he can get some work done. Here a list of questions people on the board wanted me to ask John. I have forwarded those questions to John via email and fax. He will address each of those questions in depth at the nearest convient time. I was able to ask him a few of the questions that had a short reply and these were his answers. Subject: PRWT??? Who are the principal/primary owners of the company other than the shareholders? 2. Who are your competitors? Is this particular company in direct competition with PRWT? biz.yahoo.com 3. What day are you going to Belize for the groundbreaking and are you going to issue a Press Release on the ceremonies? We have some shareholders that are interested in attending. 4. What is the Las Vegas phone number and address? We have a few shareholders in Las Vegas that would like to go by and visit the office. 5. When can we expect a Press Release on the details of the merger? Especially address the fact that there won't be a reverse split at this time. 6. When do you expect the Web site will be up and running? John's reply, " At the earliest it will be up and running by Wednesday or Thursday of this week. 7. You have discussed many times you have plans for all of those shares. Can you give us a brief summary of what you hope to do with those shares? Who will be receiving what shares and how much? 8. Where can one go to see the Video Phone system in action? 9. Who is the Leodas Group? The Leodas group was the previous PR firm for PRWT who has been helping John with the transition..
