Arthur, are you going to keep your shares of the new company?
I will have to look into Reptron. They seem aggressive but had a weak quarter. After all the waiting , SEMI goes down on merger news :(

sorry just got in and read the news. you won't see $3.00
for semi. price stands at closing around $2.60 but i do think it might get with in 15% of closing price in sept. i'm just glad that i
bought semi at an average price of $1.50. i was buying this stock
back in early 92 just above $1.00 and sold at around $3.25. they were
always a better company when they made some .24/share on 48mil.
i really thought that with sales they were at least worth $3.50.
but jr. never was as good as his old man when it came to making money.
