From your above comment it appears that you are using PATTERN SIMILARITIES to come to a conclusion, comparing current historical data with the past. Please correct me if I am wrong. That is a viable method of TA; however my system does not really us PATTERN RECONGNITION.

I am coming to my conclusion based on my GUITAR which analyzes divergences, deltas of the indexes.

So our approaches are definitely different but coming up with similar conclusions.
