I am the person referred to by Jim B and would appreciate a clarification if possible. After looking over patents from post 32 I came up with following question[s].
Patent #5434191 lists inventors Dandliker,Watson and Drees.
Assiginees: International Therapeutics Inc.
1) Dr Drees no longer works at Int. Ther. Inc.

2) 2 other inventors are listed on the patents

What patent rights does Dr Drees bring with him to SGNC?Are they shared with Inter. Ther Inc.?If so,who will own rights to pher02?
Being involved with a different company involving patent dispute,I would like to see these questions answered before investing further.

I'm not versed whatsoever regarding patents,so maybe someone can offer a simple answer.

Thanks Mike
