Ghassan,

My reasoning on the bullishness in NOVL was clearly defined as far back as March (when I first arrived on SI). It has nothing at all to do with the price movement of NOVL stock.

Look back at my predictions as to price point for the year. I believe I mentioned that the stock at this point should still be in the $11 range. I am out by a $1 right now. The stock buy-back was unexpected and caused the stock to bump up that extra buck.

I still feel that this stock will dip into the $11 range one or two more times before its next move into the $13-$15 range later this summer. This will be the result of the NetWare 5 release excitment.

I think it will sit in the $13-$15 range until Nov. This is my prediction of NOVL's big stock jump. That is when NDSforNT native NT replication will be released (a big boost for NDS over MS Active Directory) and the first financial results from the NetWare 5 sales will show up on the quarterly earnings report. This report will be far exceeding the street estimates.

So those are my reasons generally - not as detailed as I'd like why NOVL stock is on the Bullish move.
