Dale,Well define widely deployed. The problem with ADSL is there are serious distance limitations. There are phone companies that are saying they will never be able to service more than 40% of their customers with xDSL Well it sounds like xDSL and Cable are still ironing out the wrinkles, and I don't like to buy into bleeding edge technology. So I may have to wait. I got a v90 56k modem that runs like 28k modem (I checked and it never goes over 26k), but I'm too busy (lazy) to bring it back to CompUSA.
