If there is no info forth coming on signing of contracts than something stinks Period! I for one will not hold until it gets halted or goes back to .02 This stuff happens all the time. I was big on Mine. Now its halted! I got out with a profit because the company kept missing there own self imposed dead lines. They make these dead lines so the stock price stays up!
