That is the right question and I will let Gary answer it. The truly empty shells are a bitch... LBGF moved up several hundred percent today -- it is a totally empty shell created from a bankruptcy. Both Gary and I once owned a piece of this stock (when it was still viable). I still own a few thousand free shares of it. My point is this -- I have no earthly idea how to contact them because all of their old phone numbers are disconnected, the office is vacated, and the SEC filings have stopped. Very hard.
