Hi Kurt,

This count was based on raw, unsplit, unconverted shares of MIDLP. So, the numbers will change.

As for the float, I will defer to company IR, as that is where I got my figures.

Ok it was 117,396 according to SEC filings which was at the time of New departure. Now we have no idea how many insiders sold so we have to take the total as in the float (learned to do this on another stock) also the infamous 50K that Dan has cleared which is 167,396 as the current float with a Capital Invesment Firm with 90K and a private offering of 42,004 which brings the total MIDLp to 299,400.
