Face it PRWT (until recently) was a dead shell. Did you know that a reverse phone match of the number being used by PRWT these days belongs to Executive Mortgage. Did you know that Top Dog's recommendation on PRWT lists John as "John Schmitz Executive Mortgage"? Did you know that Executive Mortgage has been in business in the New York area for more than 25 years? Did you know that Executive Mortgage was listed among the fastest growing 500 privately held firms by Inc. Magazine for THREE consequitive years! I'm not exactly sure of the implications of all this, but if I had to guess. It looks like Executive Mortgage may have just gone public. Then again may be nothing. Opinions?
