Doesn't the company have some anti takeover scheme in place to make this difficult ?

In the current environment, I suspect they are very sensible to hang on to their cash. There might even be some bargains for CYMI themselves to pick up if the sector continues to suffer.

Curly, I think you are forgetting about the debentures that CYMI has out, The cost to redeem these has to be figured into the "net" by subtracting it from the cash, no?
